Chairman Cruz Releases Updated Budget Reconciliation Text
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Chairman of the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, published the updated text for the Commerce Committee’s portion of the budget reconciliation bill. The revisions include technical edits while maintaining the original achievement of reducing deficits by more than $40 billion over a decade, ending more than $1.4 billion in wasteful spending, turbocharging the American economy, upgrading transportation infrastructure, strengthening national security, and promoting domestic innovation and manufacturing.
